Shipping Policy
We know once you've chosen your Love Lash" it can't get to you quick enough, so we have two affordable delivery options to unite you with your new purchase as fast as possible:

U.K Deliveries
Standard Delivery = £1.90 2-3 business days
Next Day Delivery = £3.90 orders placed before midday
European Shipping
EU Countries - £3.43 (approx €4) - 3 - 6 days.
Rest of Europe - £4.29 (approx €5) - 3 - 6 days

Worldwide Shipping
Rest of the World - £4.35 (approx USD$6) - 6 - 12 days
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Darling Me does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.​​
Returns & Refund Policy
Darling Me lashes are handcrafted (with love) and as such each one can have minor differences which add to the beauty and uniqueness of your lashes.
We know you're going to love your new purchase, but in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or simply change your mind we offer a 14 days returns and refunds policy.
Due to the nature of some of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on items that have be worn, unless faulty. If you have simply changed your mind, items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please email our customer care team at wecare@darlingme.co.uk with your order number and returns reason i.e. faulty or change of mind in the header within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 72 hrs of the items being received. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Refunds will include the cost of the original postage.
